AMBERLEA COTTAGE is fully booked for summer 2019. It is now available October 1, 2019 - May 31, 2020 or the rest of the year for short stays or retreats.
Nestled between Fairy Lake and the Saugeen River, Amberlea Cottage is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom Southampton gem with original wood floors located at 115 Breadalbane St. North. The front porch says it all "relax and enjoy summer".
Amberlea is a 5 minute walk into town along the Fairy Lake Nature path, easy distance from the Museum, shops and great restaurants. The sandy beaches are a 5 minute drive away. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunkbeds in the second bedroom (queen on bottom, single on top) and a double pullout couch in the living room. A deck with patio set and BBQ overlooks the spacious yard, butterfly garden and firepit. The kids will love the hammock that hangs under a shady tree. There is a shed for the bikes and two driveways can park three cars easily.
Summer renting weekly, enter Saturday at 3:00 pm and leave the following Saturday at 11:00 am. Weekly rental July and August are $1,100.00 Damage deposit is $200 and returned if all is well.
